Biography

Hannah Awo Nkeba Bonney is a student at the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI) in Ghana. As part of her education, she took part in an exchange programme for young filmmakers, which led her to South Africa and Finland. The documentary film SOMETHING DIFFERENT, which she is to present in Cologne, was a result of this international cooperation. She carried out background research on xenophobia in South Africa as well as wrote the script. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate course in documentary film production at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne (KHM).
