Biography

Father-son duo Daniyal Harris-Vajda and Arlen Harris directed the film WALTER RODNEY: WHAT THEY DON'T WANT TO KNOW. With over 30 years' experience, Arlen Harris works as an award-winning broadcaster in press, television and radio, mainly for British television. His reporting on segregation in the army was instrumental in ending segregation in the elite regiments that guarded the Queen. He filmed alongside pirates in the South China Sea, in Beirut and Sri Lanka during the civil war, and covered the war in Iraq. With Dr. Patricia Rodney, he is invited to AFFK 2023 to discuss the film WALTER RODNEY.
