In CINÉ GUIMBI SOUVENIR, film enthusiasts from Burkina Faso reminisce about the now-destroyed former cinema in the city of Bobo-Dioulasso. The short film was made as part of the campaign to have Ciné Guimbi reconstructed. FilmInitiativ supported the cinema at its last festival by collecting donations for cinema chairs in Bobo-Dioulasso.
