Abstract

The film by Jean Odoutan is set in Ouidah (Benin) in the LE PANTHÉON DE LA JOIE neighbourhood. Four children aged 12 to 14 have had enough of their everyday life without a future. They decide to build the Africa of tomorrow. A strong and self-determined Africa in which they will be the leaders. They use all the means at their disposal to achieve their goal and dream of being rich and famous and living in Paris... So they sing, they dance and they laugh at life.
