Abstract

Bambino is a courier in Lagos. He is single and lives alone. Ifeyinwa, a young neighbour, often visits him hoping for a change in their relationship. During a delivery, Bambino meets Bawa. A photographic project brings them together and they go on a journey together to discover the megalopolis and their feelings. ALL THE COLOURS OF THE WORLD ARE BETWEEN BLACK AND WHITE takes an intimate and tender look at love and the complexity of living in a society where homosexuality is illegal and socially taboo. In this first feature film, Babatunde Apalowo leads us to reflect on love, identity and social pressure.
